Some great drinks when you want something to different.
Combine ingredients in slow-cooking pot. Cover and heat on low for 3 to 4
hours. Serve hot.
In blender container, combine all the ingredients and blend at medium speed
until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings
Process the pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream, banana and ice cubes in a
blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with the lime.
Mix in blender or with wire whip. Refrigerate or freeze. Serve over
crushed ice.
Mix together. Place in 9 x 13 inch glass pan until slightly frozen. Beat
until fluffy. Add whipped cream. Freeze.
A really smooth, rich alcoholic drink
Blend peaches in blender until smooth. Add sherbet and schnapps. Blend just
until mixed. Add milk. Blend until combined. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve
immediately.
Boil the water and sugar until dissolved. Turn off the heat. Slowly add dry instant coffee and continue stirring. Add the vanilla to the alcohol, then combine the cooled sugar syrup and coffee mixture to the alcohol mixture. Cover tightly and shake vigorously each day for 3 weeks.
Put Kailua, rum, crème de cocoa and half the ice cream in a blender.
Blend (using the on/off technique) until mixture is smooth. With motor
on, gradually add remaining ice cream, blending until mixture is smooth.
In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice and citrus
slices.
Cover; blend about 30 seconds. Add ice; blend well. Pour into glasses;
garnish with citrus slices. Serve immediately. 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Fill with light cream and serve.

In a 2-cup measure stir together water and instant coffee crystals. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for about 4 minutes or just till steaming hot. Stir in Amaretto. Serve in mugs. Top each mug of coffee mixture with some dessert topping. .
